Kolkata Metro Online Recharge

To make a metro card, contact to metro ticket booking counter. Kolkata Metro does not offer the option to make a card online.

Once the card is activated, you can recharge it online, through Metro Ride Kolkata App, and Kolkata Metro Official Website.

Online Recharge of Smart Card

Online Recharge through App:

1. At first Download and Install Metro Ride Kolkata App.

2. Open the app and Register (Sign In).

3. Once you have completed a Account in kolkata metro app, see the many options is available, like; Book Ticket, Train Time, Topup Card.

4. Click Topup Card, and fill the all details;

• Smart Card No.
• Mobile No.
• Email id (optional), and
• Most impotent, recharge amount (e.g. 100, 200, 300, 500, 1000)

5. Finally, press the Confirm button.

Book Ticket Online

In Kolkata metro app, choose the option Book Ticket.

Select the Source and Destination Station, and clock BOOK TICKET.

Now Pay and confirm your ticket.
