Sam India Builtwell records two important milestones in the last week Agra Metro Phase 1 Project 4 km Taj Mahal Ramp Elevated Corridor on Taj East Gate-Fatehabad Road.
Last week, a final of 684 piles was made for the foundation work of the ghat. First formal pile Tired of inaugurating the construction work in December 2020 by the Prime Minister.
And then this Sunday, Sam’s station team with the support of Apollo Cranes completed the erection of all 144 double T girders for the platform level at Taj East Gate Station, Basai Station and Fatehabad Road Station. The launch work started on 31 August 2021.
Sam India Builtwell awarded 7 km priority corridor AGCC-01’s 4km Package Rupee. 272.95 crore contract by Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) in October 2020.
Technical Bids from 7 Firms Currently, evaluation is being done for the remaining 3 km underground portion of the Priority Corridor (Package AGCC-02) connecting the Taj Mahal-Jama Masjid stations from November 2021 onwards. Due to the delay in bidding, there is no way that the UPMRC will be able to open the 3 km underground section of the Priority Corridor from its original target of 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
